Preview, Exchange, and Return Policy

We offer our customers the option to preview their order upon delivery, in the presence of the representative only, and before completing the payment.

The customer can open the shipment and verify:

- The product matches the required specifications (color – size – shape)
- The product is free from any visible defects

In case of any issue, the delivery can be refused at the same time with the representative.

Please note that after receiving the order and the representative's departure, no exchange or return is allowed under any circumstances.

In case of refusing to receive the order after it has been shipped, the customer bears the full shipping costs, which are to be paid to the representative.

Therefore, please carefully inspect the product during the preview before receiving it to avoid any issues.
