Buyer (Customer): The individual placing an order on www.trioos.com and entering their personal details (full name, address, email, phone) in the order form.

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement

Deliveries are made through Aras Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, or other contracted shipping companies. If the delivery address is incorrect or the buyer is not available at the address, the product will be returned. Re-shipment costs are paid by the buyer. Shipment tracking can be done with the tracking number provided by the courier company.
