Absolutely. Every piece you see at Triooos is unique to our brand. We manage every process, from design to production. It's crafted with our passion for quality, elegance, and detail.
Are the products always in stock?
No, our collections are seasonal and limited edition. Each design is special and unique. Once sold out, they may not be restocked. It's best to act early to avoid missing out on your favorite piece.
Do the photos reflect the actual product?
Yes, all product photos are taken with professional equipment and natural light. We strive to accurately reflect colors and textures. Slight differences may occur depending on your monitor settings.
How can I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart. For the most accurate results, compare your bust, waist, and hip measurements to the chart. If you're unsure, please contact us.
What are your size options?
We generally offer sizes from XS to XL. Some designs are available up to XXL. We will soon be offering our Plus Size collection.
How can I order?
Select the product and size you like, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping information and complete the transaction using one of our secure payment methods. You'll receive an email notification when your order is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit and debit cards. We also use secure online payment gateways like Stripe and iyzico. Options may vary depending on your country.
Is there payment at the door?
Yes, we offer a cash on delivery option for orders within Türkiye. You can pay for your order with cash on delivery by selecting this option on the checkout page. This service is not currently available for other countries.
How long is the delivery time?
Your order will be prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
– Türkiye: 1 to 4 business days
– Gulf countries and Europe: 5 to 10 business days
– Other countries: 7 to 14 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or WhatsApp.
Can I make a return or exchange?
Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Which products cannot be returned?
Discounted items, underwear, accessories, and items used for hygiene reasons are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Also, used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
In cases of size changes or change of mind, the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. If the product is defective or we sent it incorrectly, we will cover all costs.
Do I need to create an account to make purchases?
No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save favorite items, and shop faster.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. All your data is encrypted via SSL. Your information is used only for the ordering process and will never be shared with third parties without your permission.
Can I make changes after I place an order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us within 12 hours and request a change of address, size or product.
