Article 1 – Parties

Buyer (Customer):
The natural person who places an order via www.triooos.com and enters the personal information (name-surname, address, e-mail, telephone) in the order form.


Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement

This contract has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale, delivery and related rights and obligations of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through the www.triooos.com website.


Article 3 – Product and Payment Information
  • Product information, prices, payment methods, delivery time and shipping details are clearly stated during the order.

  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or digital wallets iyzico.

  • Orders are shipped within 1–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping location.


Article 4 – Obligations of the Parties

Seller's Obligations:

  • The product is delivered complete and intact in accordance with the specified specifications.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to price or stock errors caused by system errors.

Buyer's Obligations:

  • By completing the order, the customer declares that he/she accepts the terms of the contract.

  • The personal information declared by the buyer must be accurate.

  • The buyer is assumed to be over 18 years of age.


Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Right of Return)
  • The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 7 days after receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unlabeled and in its original packaging.

  • Notification of the right of withdrawal must be made via e-mail to info@triooos.com or via the contact form on the website.

  • In case of returns due to withdrawal, the shipping cost belongs to the Buyer.


Article 6 – Cases in which the Right of Withdrawal is Not Applicable
  • In customer-specific, personalized products,

  • In hygienic products such as underwear and accessories,

  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened or used.


Article 7 – Exchange Conditions
  • Product exchange must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are only subject to stock availability.

  • Change requests must be submitted in writing to info@triooos.com .


Article 8 – Delivery and Shipping
  • Deliveries are made through Aras Cargo, Yurtiçi Cargo or contracted companies.

  • If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not present during delivery, the product will be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  • Order tracking can be done using the tracking number provided by the cargo company.


Article 9 – Protection of Personal Data
  • Triooos keeps customer information confidential and protects it within the scope of KVKK.

  • The customer may request the deletion of his/her personal data at any time.


Article 10 – Dispute Resolution
  • In case of disputes arising from this contract, conciliation between the parties is primarily sought.

  • If no solution is found, the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committee or Courts have jurisdiction.
