Buyer (Customer): The individual placing an order on www.triooos.com and entering their personal details (full name, address, email, phone) in the order form.

المشتري (العميل): هو الشخص الذي يقدم الطلب عبر موقع www.triooos.com ويُدخل بياناته الشخصية (الاسم الكامل، العنوان، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف) في نموذج الطلب.

Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement | المادة 2 – موضوع الاتفاقية

This agreement governs the sale, delivery, and all related rights and obligations concerning the products ordered by the Buyer via www.triooos.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

تنظم هذه الاتفاقية عملية بيع وتسليم المنتجات التي يطلبها المشتري عبر موقع www.triooos.com، بما في ذلك الحقوق والالتزامات المتعلقة بها، وذلك وفقًا لأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 6502 ولائحة العقود عن بُعد.

Article 3 – Product and Payment Information | المادة 3 – معلومات المنتج والدفع

Product details, prices, payment methods, delivery time, and shipping information are clearly displayed during checkout. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or digital wallets via iyzico. Orders are shipped within 1–5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

يتم عرض تفاصيل المنتج والأسعار وطرق الدفع ومدة التسليم ومعلومات الشحن بوضوح أثناء عملية الشراء. يمكن إجراء الدفع باستخدام بطاقة الائتمان أو التحويل البنكي أو المحافظ الرقمية عبر iyzico. يتم شحن الطلبات خلال 1 إلى 5 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف مدة التسليم حسب المنطقة.

Article 4 – Obligations of the Parties | المادة 4 – التزامات الأطراف

Seller’s Obligations:
The Seller must deliver the product completely, intact, and in accordance with the specifications stated. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders caused by system errors or incorrect stock or price information.

التزامات البائع:
يلتزم البائع بتسليم المنتج كاملاً وسليمًا وبالمواصفات المذكورة. يحتفظ البائع بالحق في إلغاء الطلبات الناتجة عن أخطاء في النظام أو الأسعار أو توفر المخزون.

Buyer’s Obligations:
By completing the order, the Buyer declares acceptance of all contract terms. The Buyer must provide accurate personal information. It is assumed that the Buyer is over 18 years old.

التزامات المشتري:
من خلال إتمام الطلب، يقر المشتري بأنه قرأ وقَبِل جميع شروط العقد. يجب أن تكون المعلومات الشخصية المقدمة صحيحة ودقيقة. يُفترض أن المشتري يبلغ من العمر أكثر من 18 عامًا.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Return Right) | المادة 5 – حق الإلغاء (حق الإرجاع)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 days after receiving the product. The product must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Notification of withdrawal must be sent to info@triooos.com via email or through the contact form on the website. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

يحق للمشتري الانسحاب خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وبطاقات العلامة مثبتة عليه، وفي عبوته الأصلية. يجب إرسال إشعار الإلغاء إلى info@triooos.com عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال نموذج الاتصال على الموقع. يتحمل المشتري رسوم الشحن الناتجة عن الإرجاع.

Article 6 – Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply | المادة 6 – الحالات التي لا يطبق فيها حق الإلغاء

Returns are not accepted for products made specifically for the customer, personalized products, underwear, hygienic accessories, or products that have been opened or used.

لا يُقبل إرجاع المنتجات المصنوعة خصيصًا للعميل أو المنتجات المخصصة، أو الملابس الداخلية والإكسسوارات الصحية، أو المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها.

Article 7 – Exchange Conditions | المادة 7 – شروط الاستبدال

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Requests must be made in writing to info@triooos.com.

يجب تقديم طلبات الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ التسليم. يخضع الاستبدال لتوفر المخزون. يجب إرسال طلبات الاستبدال كتابيًا إلى info@triooos.com.

Article 8 – Delivery and Shipping | المادة 8 – التسليم والشحن

Deliveries are made through Aras Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, or other contracted shipping companies. If the delivery address is incorrect or the buyer is not available at the address, the product will be returned. Re-shipment costs are paid by the buyer. Shipment tracking can be done with the tracking number provided by the courier company.

يتم التسليم عبر شركة Aras Kargo أو Yurtiçi Kargo أو شركات الشحن المتعاقدة الأخرى. في حال كان العنوان غير صحيح أو لم يكن المشتري متواجدًا في العنوان أثناء التسليم، يُعاد المنتج إلى المرسل. يتحمل المشتري رسوم إعادة الشحن. يمكن تتبع الطلب باستخدام رقم التتبع المقدم من شركة الشحن.

Article 9 – Protection of Personal Data | المادة 9 – حماية البيانات الشخصية

Triooos keeps all customer information confidential and protects it under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Customers have the right to request deletion of their personal data at any time.

تحافظ تريووس على سرية جميع معلومات العملاء وتحميها وفقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية (KVKK). يحق للعملاء طلب حذف بياناتهم الشخصية في أي وقت.

Article 10 – Resolution of Disputes | المادة 10 – تسوية النزاعات

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, parties shall first attempt to reach an amicable settlement. If no agreement is reached, the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committee or Courts shall have jurisdiction.

في حالة حدوث نزاعات ناتجة عن هذه الاتفاقية، يسعى الطرفان أولاً إلى التسوية الودية. وإذا لم يتم التوصل إلى حل، تكون لجنة التحكيم أو المحاكم الاستهلاكية في إسطنبول هي الجهة المختصة بالنظر في النزاع.
