Return & Exchange Policy | سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Triooos purchase. If the item you received is not what you expected, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
نحن نرغب في رضاكم التام عن مشترياتكم من تريووس. إذا لم يكن المنتج الذي استلمتموه كما توقعتم، يمكنكم طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال وفقًا للشروط التالية:

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.
  يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وغير مغسول، وبطاقاته الأصلية مثبتة عليه، وفي عبوته الأصلية.
• Returns are not accepted for sale, discounted, or limited edition items.
  لا يُقبل إرجاع المنتجات الترويجية أو المخفضة أو من الإصدارات الخاصة.
• Accessories, underwear, and custom-made items are excluded from return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  الإكسسوارات، والملابس الداخلية، والمنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استبدالها لأسباب صحية.

How to Request a Return or Exchange | كيفية تقديم طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days after receiving your order.
   تواصلوا معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب.
2. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange (add a product photo if needed).
   أرسلوا رقم الطلب وسبب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال (يمكنكم إرفاق صورة للمنتج إن لزم).
3. After approval, you will receive the return address and instructions.
   بعد الموافقة، سنرسل لكم عنوان الإرجاع والتعليمات اللازمة.
4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or sent incorrectly.
   يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في حالة الإرجاع ما لم يكن المنتج تالفًا أو أُرسل بالخطأ.

Refund Process | عملية استرداد المبلغ

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
  بعد استلام المنتج المُعاد وفحصه، يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 5–10 أيام عمل عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.
• Items not meeting the return conditions will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
  المنتجات التي لا تستوفي شروط الإرجاع ستُعاد إلى العميل دون استرداد المبلغ.
